SOP Studio (ChatGPT plugin) and the SOP Studio API – cybrix.ai

This service renders diagrams and documents for the SOP Studio ChatGPT plugin and custom GPT. It has no user accounts: it only receives the arguments of each tool call and returns results and links to generated files. It does not receive your name, email address, chat history or files you upload to ChatGPT.

What we process

• Request content: diagram definitions and document text are processed in memory to produce the output.
• Generated files: PNG/SVG diagrams and .docx/.md documents are stored so they can be downloaded, and are deleted automatically after 365 days (or sooner when storage exceeds its cap). URLs are unguessable random identifiers.
• Server logs: standard access logs (IP, path, timestamp) kept for security and debugging.

What we do not do

• No accounts, cookies, tracking or advertising.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties.
• Do not include confidential or personal data you are not comfortable storing temporarily on this server.
