Cybrix.AI LLC ("we") provides free ChatGPT plugins, custom GPTs and the web APIs behind them (the "Services") that draw diagrams, build documents, presentations, music, calendars and similar files, and look up public data. The Services run inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI under its own terms.
Do not use the Services to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, to overload or probe our servers, or to create content that is illegal or harmful. We may rate-limit or block requests that do.
You keep the rights to what you send and to the files the Services create for you. You are responsible for having the right to use any text, data or images you provide. Generated files are stored on our server only so you can download them and are deleted automatically after the retention period stated in each plugin's privacy policy. Do not submit confidential or personal information you are not comfortable storing temporarily.
Some Services use public sources such as PubChem, NewsAPI and Openverse. Photos found through Openverse carry their own open licences and are credited in the file; you are responsible for keeping those credits when you reuse them.
Results are provided for information and education. They are not legal, medical, financial, engineering or safety advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional, and consult the Safety Data Sheet before handling any chemical.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybrix.AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Services.
We may change or discontinue a Service, or update these terms, at any time. The date above shows the latest version.
